We are a non smoking family. My wife daughter and I, therefore I did book a night at this hotel for that obvious reason. The host however decided that I was smoker and gave me rood warning, I assured him that we did not smoke, then came a second warning from this individual, it got me upset, I said to him that I had told him already that we did not smoke, he ended up telling me that if I smoked he would charge 200 dollars, No wonder this place was empty

Absolute disgrace of a hotel and for the Wyndham brand. Don’t book this place at all. They will take your money then cancel your reservation just before checkin mentioning a vague reason, making it look like it was your fault, whereas they don’t have rooms available. The staff is ******. Canceled our prepaid reservation that was made will in advance stating that your CC didn’t work, 2 hours before checkin time, when we called to ask why they disconnected without answer. When we reached the hotel, they threatened to have security make us leave and said we will call the cops and you won’t be spending the night in a hotel but instead in a jail.

No service at all. Despite requesting on several occasions (towels, cleaning, cups). Location has a ton of potential but most of the building was off limits. Staff were short and unkind to some of the guests.

Did not enjoy my stay. Restaurant was not open, no restaurants close by to eat at (except Tim Hortons across the street), no type of food available at this hotel. Rooms and outside appearance not very tidy. Beds were not very uncomfortable, bed spring out the side of the mattress.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay. The rooms were very comfortable. The beds were top rate. Sheets were crisp. The rooms very very clean and well stocked. We had two adjoining rooms which made our stay easier.

Room was very small and it smell really bad, I 6 hours at the room and I don’t know how I fall a sleep on the smell. I did mention to a receptionist he simply said it must be AC??? I did not find it clean and service wasn’t so good, and I don’t recommend it to anybody.

I wanted to my complete satisfaction with regards to my stay at the Blainville location. I had booked an 8 day stay at this Days Inn. I found the buiding and my room in immaculate condition. Room cleaning was prompt and my room clean and ready for my return, each day. The staff was courteous and more than friendly with a guy that speak little to no french and went out of their way to care to my needs. I also want to point out that they went above and beyond normal service standards, when hotel staff, on their own free time, drove me to meeting locations, (This was due the lack of taxi, Uber and rental car services in the area). This manager refused to take payment of any sort when offered to her. I wish to offer my personal thanks to Terry Botelho for going that extra mile, Andrew and Manuel Puga for their excellent customer service. Merci Gordon Blake

Hotel (plutôt type motel) désuet, lits très inconfortables, bâtiment extérieur mal entretenu. Pour se rendre à la piscine, on doit traverser un couloir très sombre, c'est creepy. Je ne voulais même pas rester dans ce couloir 1 minute de plus. Ma chambre avec balcon de la structure intérieure surplombe le creepy couloir pour la piscine, un resto et salle de réunions. La charpente est métallique. Pas vraiment paradisiaque ou zen.
